PrePaid Timers

The basic timer can have various service attached such as hair dryers and ironing centres. All of our prepaid timers are based on our well tried Drop Coin Module. The module can be set to operate with 10p, 20p, 50p, £1.00 or £2.00 coins; 1 Euro or 2 Euro coins or tokens. The amperage capacity can be 5 amp, 30 amps or, with the metal case model up to 50 amps.

These variations are controlled by the motor speed and we have 6, 15, 30, 45, 60 and 120 minute and 3, 4, 6, 15, and 24 hour motors as stock items. The motor will give that time, a half, a third, a quarter or one sixth thereof (i.e. a 60 minute motor can be set to give periods of 60, 30, 20, 15 or 10 minutes per coin).

The design and specification of all our Prepaid Timers has been tested and passed as conforming to
BSEN 60-950 1992 (Safety) and BSEN 55-014 1993 (Emissions, CE Marketing).
